What Happens If There's an Issue?

Incorrect Item or Damage: We take pride in the quality and accuracy of our orders. However, if you receive an incorrect item or your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll promptly expedite a replacement free of charge.

Change of Heart? We've Got You Covered!

While we cannot accept traditional returns for unwanted items due to our made-to-order production model, we value your satisfaction. If you experience a change of heart within 14 days of receiving your order, we're happy to offer a one-time store credit for the full purchase price (excluding shipping). This credit can be used towards a future KDZ WEAR purchase, ensuring you get the perfect piece to express your unique style.
